Roles & Responsibilities:

 Co- coordinating preparation of System and Integration test cases & reviewing the same

 Adherence to QA Process

 

Desirable:

 Designing using Rational XDE modeler / or familiarity with RUP (Rational Unified Process).

 Should have ideally worked in all the stages of a project SDLC

 

Pre- Requisite:

Yrs of Experience: 6 yrs to 8 yrs

Technology: .NET (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# , Winforms) SQL Server 2000, Database design using tools, OOAD – Tier Design using Rational XDE

Technology: Java J2EE, Websphere, WSAD 5.1, Struts XML/XSL, Rational XDE, Database concepts (Oracle /DB2), UML

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 Giving inputs on project plan (Schedule, risks, configuration)

 Reviewing all project artifacts which include SRS, design docs etc

 Contributes to delivering POC's (Proof of Concepts)

 Responsible for meeting delivery schedules of project

 Client Interaction

 Providing status tracking reports

 Initiating technical review meetings

 Collecting & monitoring of project metrics (effort, schedule & defect density)

 Presales activities

 Adherence to QA Process

 Team Management

 

Desirable:

 Good knowledge on data modeling

 Design experience using Rational XDE modeler

 Good work experience in all the stages of a project SDLC

 1-2 years of experience in the role of project lead and should have managed a team of at least 5-7 people

Yrs of Experience: 8 yrs to 10 yrs

 Exposure to testing Retail applications.

 Experience in automation using Mercury tools (Quick Test Pro, Load Runner, Test Director).
