ERBP exclusive Mainframe's Weekend Hiring Drive in Bangalore on 8th August (Sunday)

We are glad to inform you that we are organizing a hiring event on the 8th of August (Sunday) in Bangalore for the referral candidates Only !!! It is going to be a ERBP exclusive event for the Mainframe skill's (Refer to the Skills and Joining Location section).
Kindly check the below skills and joining locations and do refer your friends, siblings and relatives for a face to face interview in Bangalore (Candidate should be available to attend the interview on 8th Aug).
Please rush your referrals. The Last date for submission of referrals is 5th Aug. So please hurry and do not miss the chance to bring you friends in IBM.
Date & Timing : 8th August 2010, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, (Bangalore)....
- Kindly send your referral's CV for the screening. They will screen the profiles and only selected candidates will get the interview invitation mail from them.
- Don't forget to mention the following in the subject line
- ERBP Referral Program
- Name of Candidate
- Skill (Cobol / ISM / CICS) of Candidate
- Years of Mainframe experience
- Below mentioned openings might not be available in the future , so please ensure that your referrals do not miss this event on 8th August and they should be available to attend it face to face as we won't have any telephonic interview's.

- Candidate's can travel from other locations to attend the interview in Bangalore on their own expense if they are sure about their profile meeting to the criteria. Candidate not matching to the criteria will not be entertained for the further process.
- Our IBM representatives will be present in the venue to guide your referrals for the interviews, as we aspire to achieve quality conversions in our interview drives, further screening desks will be installed at the venue to re-validate your referral profile with the demands mentioned below. Request your cooperation for the same.
- Candidate should enter your name and employee id in the ABF form. This is a very important step.

Please make sure that the candidates carry all the mandatory documents with photocopies/xerox. Interviews will not be conducted for candidates who will walkin without the above mentioned documents or who doesn't meet to the above mentioned skill set.
PLEASE NOTE:
- As per process we will not be able to process your referral profile further if they have been interviewed by IBM in the last 3 months
- Please ask your referral to write your name clearly in the form given to fill at the venue and also on top of their resume.
- Due to security concerns they are not allowed to carry any bags into the IBM Premises.
