I Manager / Sr. Manager – Marketing Communications
II Sr. Manager – Key Accounts (South) based either in Chennai or Bangalore


 I.    Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Marketing Communications
        Work Location: Mumbai
        Reporting To : SVP - Consumer Relations, Corporate Communication & CIC         Compliance

        Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing marketing and communication strategy to strengthen the CIBIL brand.
  • Providing support for media relations and corporate communications. This will include developing media programmes, development of press releases, liaising to respond to media questions, and identifying media opportunities in collaboration with the PR agency
  • Identifying innovative opportunities to build the CIBIL brand through identification of communication/ advertising opportunities, and build CIBIL's image as a knowledge provider.
  • Responsible to work on all forms of external communication for the company. Would involve coordinating to provide high quality design and content for CIBIL brochures, collaterals, communication kits and presentations and newsletters.
  • Updating and providing content for the CIBIL website.
  • Managing and coordinating high level events like company product launches, seminars etc.
  • Running member oriented campaigns to promote usage of CIBIL's products and services.
  • Managing vendor interactions for company communication related activities, for e.g. interaction with advertising/ PR agencies/ printers etc for high level output

        Qualification Required: Post Graduate in Mass Communication / MBA in         Marketing

        Experience Required:Min. 2 yrs in a similar profile

  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Requires excellent communications skills
  • Positive attitude and eye for detail
  • Pleasant personality and positive & helpful attitude


 II.    Position: Sr. Manager – Key Accounts (South) based either in Chennai or         Bangalore
        Work Location: Mumbai
        Reporting To : Vice President – Sales

        Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage all the member relationships in South – TN, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala
  • Liaison with key decision makers - Business Managers, Risk Managers, Product Managers etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business
  • Deliver revenue and volume targets across members and across products
  • Ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues
  • Ensuring proper and timely data submission from Members
  • Conducting training sessions for the employees of Members on Data Formats, Reports, new products etc.
  • Ensure timely receipt of payments against Bills
  • Concept selling to the potential members to acquire new relationships
  • This position will also be closely involved with the Microfinance Institutions based in South primarily AP, and the Cibil Product team to work on setting up the Microfinance Bureau operations

        Qualification Required: Graduate in Engg. / Com. / Eco. and a MBA in         Marketing / Finance from a reputed Institute (ideally from top 20)

        Experience Required: Min. 5 yrs experience in selling product & services to         businesses or high net worth individuals. Ideally Assets side experience with a         Bank or a NBFC is preferred

        Skills / Competencies Required:

  • Extremely strong Customer focus
  • Self motivated, ability to manage day to day activities without supervision
  • Excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills
  • Very strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, ie; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Hard working and having an eye for detail
