We have a scheduled walk in planned at Cochin and Trivandrum on Saturday, 16th October 2010. The skills we are looking at are as follows:
Java / J2EE (Full time)
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies. Experience in Core Java, Swing.
- Excellent knowledge in Spring, Hibernate.
- Must have good communication and interest in building a career with IBS.
- Education: B.E/B.Tech, M.E /M.Tech /M.C.A

Testing (Full time)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Must have good communication and interest in building a career with IBS.

PL/SQL(Full time)
- Minimum 3 years of development experience in PL/SQL.

This is what you need to do.....
a) Ensure the candidates contacted/ referred meet the above criteria in experience and skill.
b) Inform them on the scheduled walk in on Saturday, 16th October 2010 at the above mentioned locations between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
c) Make sure that the candidates carry a hard copy of the resume with the name and the employee ID of the employee who is referring. *Candidates without the referral tag will not be considered.
d) Employees who have referred their friends earlier and not interviewed can refer for this drive subject to they qualifying the required criteria.
e) Candidates who cannot make it for the in person interviews will be contacted later for a telephonic schedule.
