We have an urgent requirement with one of our client for Software Engineer (QA).
Our client produces the world̢۪s most powerful cross channel marketing intelligence software. Their hosted IQ Intelligence Platform reveals cross channel performance insights hidden within companies̢۪ marketing data, driving actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
They have a team of seasoned marketing and technology professionals who are committed to help customers to realize the full potential of marketing to meet their business objectives and to gain competitive advantage.
Our client's customers are industry leaders among the Fortune 500s and others including AT&T, Gillette, American Express, Liberty Mutual, the US Army, and RadioShack.
Location: Cochin
Work Timing: 3 pm to 12 am
Designation: Software Engineer (QA)
Education Qualification: BE/Btech CS
Experience: Min 2 years
Knowledge and Skill Set / Competencies:
v At least 1+ years of experience in Performance testing (Tools: JMeter/Webload/NeoLoad/SilkPerformer)
v Must have SQL experience (ability to write SQL queries to prepare test data and validate results in the database)
v Must have experience in testing web based applications
v Ability to create and document test plans and test cases of varying complexity
v Experience creating defect reports and documenting test results
v Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Competencies:
v Preferably, experience in Functional test automation (Tools: Selenium HQ)
v Ability to take one task, and break it down to several smaller tasks in order to assign to team members
v Experience with reporting and working with global teams working in an Agile environment
v Ability to act individually and as a team member in resolving problems and completing projects
v Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
v Experience reporting status/progress consistently to management
v Customer facing abilities and decision making abilities.
v Should be able to work independently
