Position Description:
o To provide Video Firmware files to Video Center Competence according to schedule and Release content (SDK and Shark).
o Maintain Video SWIP portal (GUI & script) in line with each SDK release for customer request.
o Give support to various teams regarding delivered firmware files.
o Debug and identify rootcause (driver or firmware) of regressions following new recommended set of firmwares
o Skills Requires:
Embedded software: programming/scripting language C/C++, “tcsh†, †sh†,…
Video decode technology
System dev (“cygwin†, linux…)
Operating system as OS21, Linux etc ….
- Main contacts
o Video Competence Center
 To define the firmware set for the next SDK release codec feature.
 To take into account specific request or help in case of problems
o Video/Audio firmware teams
 To obtain recommended baselines for next SDK/Shark release
 To get support in case of issues detected internally or by external teams
o Support Teams
 To support and satisfy specific customer SWIP requests
o Multicom/Toolset Teams
 To follow up and integrate their tools if requested for SDK/Shark release.
o Other teams
 Security team to take into account Secure IP needs
 Validation Teams
