Electrical Technician:
Proficient and skilled in O&M of building Electrical equipment and installations for FM Projects in terms of PPM, CM, and EM call-outs.
Qualification : 3 Years Diploma Holder in Electrical & Electronics. PC Knowledge is preferred.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in Electrical O&M and installation works.
Mechanical & AC Technician:
Proficient and skilled in Operations & Maintenance of building Mechanical & AC installations for FM Projects in terms of PPM, CM, and
EM call-outs, etc.
Qualification : 3 Years Diploma Holder in Mechanical & AC. PC Knowledge is preferred.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in Mechanical & AC O&M and installation works.
Civil Technician
Proficient and skilled in Operations & Maintenance of building Civil works installations for FM Projects in terms of PPM, CM, and EM
call-outs, etc.
Qualification : 3 Years Diploma Holder in Civil and Site Development. PC Knowledge is preferred.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in Civil and Site Development O&M works.
Carpenter:
Skilled in Carpentry and civil works, such as; wood works, furniture installation and repair works, fabrication, carpentry repairs, false
ceilings, PVC tiles, etc.
Qualification : Minimum SSC/Higher Secondary or ITI Certificate & higher and relevant training.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in O&M works in relevant field.
Mason:
Skilled in Masonry works, such as; inter-lock tiles repairs, grouting, cement works, minor repair of cracks in walls and floors, tiles fixing,
etc.
Qualification : Minimum SSC/Higher Secondary or ITI Certificate & higher and relevant training.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in O&M works in relevant field.
Painter:
Skilled in Painting works for external and internal building fabric, walls, floors, doors, and other building fixtures, road markings, spray
paint, etc.
Qualification : Minimum SSC/Higher Secondary or ITI Certificate & higher and relevant training.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in O&M works in relevant field.
Plumber:
Skilled and knowledgeable with all kinds of Plumbing works, including piping, pumps, tank, fire fighting systems, leak repairs, O&M of
water heaters, calorifiers, filteration systems, etc.
Qualification : Minimum SSC/Higher Secondary or ITI Certificate & higher and relevant training.
Experience : Min 5 Years Gulf experience in O&M works in relevant field.
Note: 1) Valid UAE Driving licence is must for all the above positions.
2) Candidates must have knowledge in safe work practices and possess good communication, technical & leadership skills.
