We are looking for VLSI DFT Engineers and who can able to Join in a 15 days. with 1Year - 6years exp for Bangalore Location.
Requiremet : VLSI DFT Engineer
Experience Level : B Tech 3 to 6 years (or) M Tech 1 to 4 yrs
Work Location : Bangalore
Education : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech ----is Must.
Note: Candidate Should Have Passport & Bank Statements/Form16 of Current One year.
Job Description:
§ Around 1 to 6 years of DFT experience.
§ Scan experience in Stuck-at , Transition delay , IDDQ and Path Delay.
§ At least worked on one complete cycle of SoC DFT implementation and verification.
§ Memory test experience.
§ Experience on Synopsys DFT tools ( DFTMax,DBIST and TetraMAX ) and/or Mentor Graphics ( EDT, fastscan,
DFTAdvisor) and/or Cadence tools ( RTC and ET).
§ Experience on TI projects/flows is preferable.
